Realizing early in his life paying rent was a losing proposition, Ron started a direction toward real estate by buying his first house at 18 years old. The first house had a rentable guest house, which allowed for exposure to the fundamentals of property management and investments. Knowing that real estate was always going to be a part of his life, Ron initially decided to get his real estate license to have more education on the subject.
While working in the aerospace industry in the capacity of a Corporate Quality Control Manager, Ron made the decision to make real estate his vocation January 1986, immediately after the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster.
A licensed real estate broker in California, Ron Henderson has had extensive experience in real estate investment since 1974.
Ron is a Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) , a professionally designated Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist (RECS), and was the corporate property specialist in charge of corporate relocation and foreclosure services for the nations largest real estate company. Ron has won numerous awards for real estate sales and achievements, and is a multi-million dollar producer.
In addition to Ron’s background in real estate sales & negotiations, he has been a loan broker arranging the best possible financing for borrower’s purchase or refinancing needs. Ron has also conducted wholesale loan product sales to loan brokers for an investment bank, so he understands the construction and behind the scenes elements of mortgages that few real estate professionals are exposed to.
Ron established Multi Real Estate Services (MRES) in 1995 as a one stop shop for loans and sales with the proposition that the best systems and technology be utilized, while dedicated to fulfilling clients goals, and exceptional customer service.
Ron was named a Los Angeles Super Agent for 2005 by Los Angeles Magazine & Key Professional Media.
As an expert and seminar speaker in subjects such as the 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange, HUD 203(k) Rehabilitation Home Loans, PACTrusts and Advanced Purchasing and Financing Techniques, Ron can provide a real estate investor with strong tools to help make solid purchasing, sales and financing decisions. Ron acts as a consultant to the Los Angeles Times and Daily News for San Fernando Valley real estate issues.
Ron has his fingers on the pulse of the financial markets and economic trends that effects long term real estate investors and first time buyers alike. His reliable counciling and guidance through complex scenarios has been proven to be invaluable to clients for a quarter century.

When Ron’s not working on his real estate business he spends his extracurricular time with his son, working out, playing drums with various musical acts, and continues his education of many subjects of interest to him like financial markets and astrophysics.
