Presentation on 203k Rehabilitation Loans this Friday

I’ll be conducting a seminar Friday March 21 on the 203K Rehabilitation Loan at the Outwest Marketing Meeting for realtors and affiliated businesses in the West San Fernando Valley. The meeting is open to anyone in real estate affiliated businesses for education and networking. The 203k allows the financing of the rehabilitation and repair of properties to be rolled into a permanent single high loan to value purchase or refinance mortgage. The meeting starts at 8:30am at Denny’s 8330 Topanga Canyon Blvd Canoga Park, CA at Roscoe.
