To be designated the CIAS, I have completed a comprehensive curriculum, and in conjunction with my extensive long term experience, I can effectively serve the five investor types: First-Time Investor, Move-Up Investor, Portfolio Investor, Performance Investor, and Rehab and Resell Investor.
