Hi Ron, Wanted to write and tell you how much I appreciate all your efforts on our behalf. I knew I liked you when I first met you, but when I think back on the whole process—and the first appraisal—anyone else might have just walked away, but you went to bat for us. I know I get impatient—it’s a weakness—but you patiently negotiated the waters and delivered. I guess I had no idea how crazy the mortgage business has gotten. But know that Dom and I are VERY grateful for all your efforts. You are a good man.
