The California Housing Finance Agency will be giving a presentation on their First Time Buyer Down Payment Assistance Programs at the Outwest Real Estate Education Meeting Friday 30, 2023. The presenter Leanne Walker CalHFA Lender Training and Outreach has given great presentations to Outwest in the past. The finance programs are always changing so it’s great to hear the latest.
If you’re not familiar with the Outwest meeting, it’s held every Friday morning and covers educational topics, economics, legislation and regulatory changes, marketing ideas and networking. It’s open to realtors and affiliates. It’s held at the Canoga Park Women’s Club 7401 Jordan Ave corner of Valerio in Canoga Park. It starts at 8am, and done at 9:30. No RSVP required.
