I met with Congressman Tony Cardenas with other dedicated associates in the Gov’t Affairs Committee for the Southland Regional Associates of Realtors. We discussed the potential tax reform, and other elements that can have negative implications for real estate and homeownership… Subsequent to our meeting I just heard on CNBC that the property tax write-off may be retained, even though the rest of local and state taxes will be omitted. We’ll see when the actual bill is released this week.
