I just added another national designation to my Realtor specialized credentials. The SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) has now been added to my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist), RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification), NMLS (Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator), and my Real Estate “Broker’s” License (not to be confused with the basic salesperson license). I’m not going to get a bigger business card to fit all the initials after my name. There’s not a designation covering all the facets of real estate sales and finance I’ve dealt with over 35 years… Whatever we know today is obsolete tomorrow. If you’re not growing, you’re falling behind. Onward…
