I’ve known Ron a long time, however this was the first realty deal he handled for me. From day one Ron was excellent!
Things started out with my house needing some repairs. Ron helped me find contractors, and also advised on what would be the best “bang for the buck” in terms of money spent versus the likelihood of improving the sales price the most.
It was a tough sales environment. Ron stuck with me through the long, arduous process. In the end, we did get multiple offers, and settled on a sale that was only 2% below asking and yet was super-strong in other aspects, such as no loan and acceptance as-is.
Just before closing we found the City had erroneous information on official records. This threatened to as a minimum delay closing, if not wreck the deal altogether. Ron worked tirelessly, even going to the City Council, and had the paperwork fixed in just a few days, and then the sale went through.
Ron is the best!
