Workshop on Homeowners Associations: How HOA Variables Can Make or Break a Purchase Transaction

I’ll be conducting a workshop on Homeowners Associations for Realtors at the Outwest Marketing Meeting in Canoga Park, CA this Friday July 28 at 8:15am. There are variables that can be disruptive, or detrimental to a transaction if not evaluated properly, or if it’s not fully understood what lender’s underwriters are looking for.
